The Ghana Physicians and Surgeon’s Foundation (GPSF) is a US based non – profit organization. The GPSF carries a wide range of public health initiatives including advocacy, education and repatriation of medical expertise and resources to Ghana. The GPSF draws its membership from medical professionals of Ghanaian descent or individuals with vested interest who are working towards improved healthcare delivery in Ghana.
The GPSF supports several health initiatives in Ghana and serves as an advocate to influence health policy in Ghana. Furthermore, the GPSF, through its annual meetings and its online presence has become an important promoter of interaction amongst Ghanaian health professionals in the diaspora and with leaders in the Ghanaian healthcare sector. In addition, this organization has engaged in activities aimed at repatriating resources to the motherland such as with medical missions, disaster relief and donations of medical supplies. Since its founding, the GPSF has built upon its original mission and has become an all-inclusive organization dedicated to initiatives that foster cohesion within our members in the diaspora as well as contributing to the improvement of healthcare delivery in Ghana.

SHL is incorporated in Bangladesh where it currently concentrates its business focus. However, SHL currently has project activity in Vietnam and India. SHL provides Hospitals and Health Systems consulting and operations management expertise, often using AIHG assets. Currently, SHL is involved in the commissioning process of a 360-bed hospital in Chittagong, Bangladesh. In addition, it is leading a countrywide initiative to begin the first retail, chain of pharmacies in Bangladesh. In 2020, SHL is launching a global initiative to bring micro-health insurance to countries in Africa and to rural Bangladesh.
